Agents who are invited to advertise on NUMBER1AGENTS.COM.AU must have achieved one or more of the following criteria:

A large number of sales in your suburb or postcode

Agents are approached to participate on the Number1agents.com.au website in the order of highest performance by sales volume.
Number1agents have made a substantial number of sales in your suburb or postcode in the previous 12 months.

*During the period October 2010 to April 2011 agents were invited to participate if they had achieved a minimum of 5 sales in a suburb. This has now been amended to the above, due to variations in suburb demographics.

A record sale in your suburb or postcode

Agents are invited to participate on the Number1agents.com.au website if they have made a sale which has broken a suburb or postcode record within the previous 12 months; or if they hold the current standing record sale.

*Agents are required to update their qualifying information every 12 months. *You may request evidence of your agents qualifying feature(s) directly from your agent.
