TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter:
This competition is promoted by MG Online Publications Pty Ltd, ABN 69 104 300 870, Suite 2, 25 Cronulla St, Cronulla NSW Australia 2230. Contact Phone No. is 1300 905 205.
2. Who May Enter:
All eligible persons over the age of 18 years, who are not:
i) Real estate agents subscribed to, employees of, clients of, or contractors to the Promoter or Audi Australia Retail Operations Pty Ltd any of its agencies involved with this competition; or
ii) employees, the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), of the persons named in 2.(i) above.
iii) Residents of South Australia, Victoria or ACT.
3. Eligibility
i) One entry per vendor or landlord (as appropriate) per property.
ii) List your property to sell with any of the Number1agents.com.au Sales Agents.
iii) Obtain a Lease of your property with any of the Number1Agents Rental Agents on the Number1Agents website, during the competition period.
iv) Entries will only be accepted on-line and are available by following the link on the homepage of Number1Agents.com.au. Your agent may enter your details on your behalf with your permission.
4. Validity
Entries will only be considered valid if evidence of having listed your property with a current number1agents.com.au agent, during the competition period, can be provided as follows:
i) Listing your property for sale with a sales agent: (a) a copy of the front page of the contract for sale for the property you have listed for sale; and (b) a copy of the valid 149 Certificate which forms a part of the contract for sale of the property you have listed; or (c) copies of the executed front pages of contract should the property be sold and (d) a copy of the executed agency agreement, signed by the property owner and the Number1agents.com.au agent.
ii) Listing and Leasing with a leasing one of the number1agents.com.au agents includes: a valid lease agreement signed by the lease, lessor, and the Number1agents.com.au agent.
5. Date of Competition
The competition commences from 00:01am AEST on Wednesday, 16 February, 2011 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday, 15 February, 2012.
6. Prize
The prize is an Audi A1, 1.4 TFSI Attraction Manual (S Tronic) transmission, valued at $36,900, including on-road and registration costs.
7. Details of Draw
The Draw will commence at 19.30 AEST, Thursday, 16 February, 2012 at the Audi Centre Sydney, 895 South Dowling Street, Zetland where the winner will be announced. The winner will also be notified via email and phone call and results published on www.number1agents.com.au.
8. Method of Claiming Prize
The winner is not required to be on-site at the draw. Once the winner is announced, or Audi Australia Retail Operations Pty Ltd will contact the winner to make arrangements for vehicle registration and handover of the vehicle. Proof that you have listed your property will be required. (Eg, a copy of the Agency Agreement).
9. Database
All entries will be entered into a database for recital of future advertisement and marketing. The Promoter and or Audi Australia Retail Operations Pty Ltd may use entrants' names and addresses for future marketing and promotional purposes unless notified otherwise in writing by the entrant.
The Promoters and/or Audi Australia Retail Operations Pty Ltd will classify all entries as confidential and will not disclose any entrant’s details to any other parties, and by entering the competition you are agreeing to accept email communications from Number1Agents.com.au and or Audi Australia Retail Operations Pty Ltd until you unsubscribe.
