1. The Promoter:

2. Who May Enter:
All eligible persons over the age of 18 years, who are not:
i) Real estate agents subscribed to, employees of, clients of, or contractors to the Promoter or Westfield Limited or RedBalloon or any of its agencies involved with this competition; or
(ii) employees, the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), of the persons named in 2.(i) above.
(iii) Residents of South Australia, Victoria or ACT.
3. Eligibility
i) You may only make one entry per party per property.
ii) You are eligible to enter if you engage one of the Sales Agents on the number1agents.com.au website to conduct an appraisal of your property. This appraisal must be carried out by the agent attending your property to conduct this property appraisal, within the competition entry dates. Once the appraisal has been carried out you are eligible for entry. and/or
iii) You are eligible to enter if you book a rental appraisal with any of the rental agents listed on Number1Agents.com.au.
iv) Entries will only be accepted on-line and are available by following the link on the homepage of Number1Agents.com.au. Your agent may enter your details on your behalf with your permission.
4. Date of Competition
The competition commences from 00:01 AEST on Tuesday, 1 March, 2011 and closes at 17:00 AEST on Wednesday, 29 February, 2012.
5. Prize
The prize is a *Westfield Gift Card or **RedBalloon Certificate, valued at $250. *Westfield Gift Card terms and conditions apply. Issued by Westfield Gift Card Pty Ltd ACN 113 171 663. 6. Details of Draw
The Monthly Draw will take place at 17:30 AEST on the last week day of each month. First draw commences Thursday, 31 March, 2011 and the last draw commences Wednesday, 29 February, 2012 at 2/25 Cronulla Street, Cronulla. The winner will be notified via email and telephone and results published on www.number1agents.com.au.
7. Method of Claiming Prize
Once the winner is announced, Number1Agents.com.au staff will make arrangements for delivery of the Gift Cards. Proof that you have had an appraisal of your property for sale or for rental purposes will be required.
8. Database
All entries will be entered into a database for recital of future advertisement and marketing. Promoter(s) may use entrants' names and addresses for future marketing and promotional purposes unless notified otherwise in writing by the entrant.
The Promoter(s) will classify all entries as confidential and will not disclose any entrant’s details to any other parties, and by entering the competition you are agreeing to accept email communications from Number1Agents.com.au until you unsubscribe.
